I when to purchase a Submit it! account in Microsoft’s Small Business Directory for an UK client and I got the following error.

Offering purchase could not be processed. Error Code – 2002

So I signed into MS SBD with one of my accounts and when to the bCentral Chat Support to find out what was up.

Rose, a chat support personal, was very helpful and let me know that due to problems with their billing system they were no longer accepting payment for new Submit It! accounts with credit cards that don’t have a US billing address. You now need a US Credit Card that is connected to a US billing address.

If you already have a Submit It! account you can contact BCentral Support by phone at 866-361-7940 Monday through Friday 6am to 6pm PST, or by bCentral Chat, and by email form and make a payment for extra listings with your non-US address credit card that is attached to your current Submit It! account. Remember to use the IE browser as a lot of the Small Business Directory forms don’t work with the Firefox browser.

While this may make things a bit more difficult for Canadian firms that have a Web Directory Submission Service. SEOCompany.ca is able to open new accounts for our clients with a Visa which has a US address.
